Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Ohio is teaming up with the National Football League to promote the Inspire Change initiative. This program focuses on reducing barriers to opportunity, specifically honing in on three areas within the social justice space, including improvements to police and community relations, improvements to education and economic advancement, and criminal justice reform.
Currently, there are over 300 youth enrolled in the Big Brothers Big sisters of Northwestern Ohio program, called “Littles,” who are waiting for a volunteer mentor, called a “Big.” We are launching “The Big Draft” to recruit more Bigs. We would be thrilled to have your help in sparking excitement for the “Big Draft” by encouraging volunteers to sign up as “Bigs!”
